Terrible customer service I tried to cancel my order a week before delivery and it still charged my card. They wouldn’t even offer a refund. Terrible customer service I do not recommend at all. Customer service is the backbone of every business, and this one failed miserably. Don’t waste your money here. They will screw you over just so they can put money in their own pockets.

Our family LOVES the meals. We purchased for my husband and me, but the kids are in love with them as well. So convenient and tasty too!

The meals are very good and filling. Lots of interesting flavors. I got 4 meals all with Broccoli and each one was different, so I did not mind the same veggie in each. The price is the only issue. 4 meals for $62 works out to $15.50 a meal.

Pretty reasonable price for some great quality food. I’m currently doing Keto and it’s stupid convenient and tasty.

I started buying these meals for my husband for dinner because I was too tired to cook from working all day, and he would not eat leftovers, so I was wasting food.
He loves them! I like the fact that it's just enough food for him to eat. I am saving money instead of buying food to cook from the grocery store. And the best part is I don't have to cook!

They keep it simple and delicious. The process is easy, you can check what is coming and make changes. The food is so easy to prepare and awesome in flavor.

So far, most of the dinners have been delicious, but a little salty. It would be nice to have plain veggies that have NO seasoning. Also, I'd like to order some of the same items I've had before, but they aren't offered, or I haven't seen them again: Roasted Garlic Chicken; Honey Mustard Chicken; Herb Crusted Chicken; Italian Herb Chicken; Potato Leek Mash & Grilled chicken.
I forgot to specify my order for this week and received two items that my husband will not eat. We've had one of them before: Red Pepper Queso Chicken, which was a little spicy for me. I'll try the Chile that was sent.

When I change or edit my order, I get items that I specifically did not want!
It’s very disappointing!

The food is delicious, portioned well. and it’s also affordable and healthy. The one thing I’ve found problems with is ordering. After choosing 10 meals it will say add one more meal for a specific additional price (ie: $$3.99) then once the additional meal has been added the price was much more than it said. Several times it would say add an additional meal for .39 then once added it charged $7 or more. If I wasn’t paying attention I would be very upset after it charged to my card j on n my account. This needs to be fixed asap.

The meals arrive when they are supposed to get here. Currently, I love the convenience to select the meals that I wish to have. When I am working late and don't have time to cook, the meals are on time. All meals are fresh and delicious.

Food is mostly sauce by weight. Customer service went from being great several years ago to being outsourced, and the people I speak with recite thing’s rather than address the issue. I have been told to bear with them because they have to say these things. Such as when I reported my salmon serving was 1 inch wide and 4 inches long. Customer service had to recite that the quality was guaranteed. That response made no sense when I called because I couldn’t reset my password. I was told that it didn’t work with my email address, which makes no sense because I’ve done it before. When I called to cancel service, I had to listen to offers to take a break. $10 discount to my account I was promised on the phone never showed up. The combination of food quality going downhill coupled with Customer service that’s unbearable. Sad to see a good product. Turn into a very bad product.

The food is very tasty. Which is not common in my experience with packaged food. Odd to me that the veggie sections are not filled up, except when it’s green beans. When there’s broccoli, carrots, zucchini the section is less than half full. That’s the only downside so far in our experience.

Love the convenience, easy to heat up, great taste and a nice variety of meals to choose from. Meals are always fresh. Make my meal prep for work and my busy schedule very easy.

The quality is great though needs more variety. After the first 2-3 weeks it feels repetitive especially for Calorie smart options. Also delivery for my zip is only Tuesdays - would be great to have Mondays. Overall, happy with the experience.

I was skeptical at first because I tried other home delivery microwave meals that just didn’t taste all that great. Then I tried factor75 and I was blown away on how good everything is. These are just what I’ve been looking for and hats off to the chef because these meals are beyond fantastic. Thank you for your time and effort in producing great quality meals.
